Description
Stable Money is hiring a Cluster Head to own end-to-end P&L, investment wallet growth, and the performance of a city’s direct sales team and channel partners. The role combines field-based customer acquisition, partner onboarding and activation, direct sales of fixed-income and mutual-fund products, team leadership, process and CRM discipline, regulatory compliance, and city-level reporting. Candidates need at least 8 years of city-management and B2C sales experience, local city experience, a bachelor’s degree, and fluency in English and a local language. Compensation is fixed plus performance-linked variable, with medical insurance for the employee and dependents and travel reimbursements.
