Description
Ferm Kinderopvang is hiring a Cluster Manager to oversee three out-of-school childcare facilities in the Bertem region. The role jointly manages childcare operations, children’s registrations, schedules, childcare-worker performance, invoicing, pedagogical guidance, team meetings, parent contact, and coordination with schools, OCMW, and the municipality. The position is part-time at 32 hours, based in the Bertem secretariat, and runs through the end of December 2026 with possible extension.
