The Cluster Manager will work with Store Managers to drive sales, profit, and team-development goals across the WA Team. Responsibilities include leading by example, training and mentoring staff, developing succession plans, delivering a world-class customer experience, analyzing sales reporting, operating stores efficiently, managing visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage, and supporting recruitment and internal progression.
