Description
The Cluster Manager will lead store operations and approximately 50 colleagues across the StationsHuiskamer cluster, with Tiel as a key hub. The role covers operational leadership, financial and people management, scheduling, performance reviews, talent development, cost control, revenue growth, and relationships with local partners. It requires at least 1–2 years of retail or hospitality management experience, commercial and operational results, coaching experience, and flexible availability including at least one floor day per week. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,176–€4,027, a fixed 30–38-hour schedule, possible permanent contract after seven months, and additional benefits.
