Description
The Joachim Herz Stiftung is hiring a Cluster Manager (m/f/d) to establish the Digital Learning Center (DLC) in Hamburg. The role is full-time, initially fixed-term for two years, and focuses on preparing the DLC, managing build-up activities and project budgets, coordinating partners, planning events, representing the center, and contributing to its strategic development. The manager will later potentially take responsibility for finance, governance, and personnel. The position requires a completed degree or comparable qualification, several years of project management or organizational establishment experience, financial management and controlling experience, and basic knowledge of software development, digital technologies, and AI applications.
