Paytm is hiring an experienced sales professional and people manager for its QR & Sound Box vertical. The role is responsible for growing distribution and market share, deploying and selling QR and Sound Box products, recruiting and managing a sales team, planning ASM geographies, communicating targets, monitoring quality, auditing acquisitions and sales, and managing 5–10 TSMs and 200+ indirect employees. Candidates should have strong networking, coaching, negotiation, quota-driven sales, and extensive travel capabilities; 8–12 years of sales or business-development experience is preferred, while payments and finance experience is a plus.
