The Cluster Manager - Priority Direct (VRM) leads a virtual relationship manager team in Dubai, managing customer portfolios, hiring and coaching staff, tracking KPIs, overseeing service quality and compliance, driving Priority Banking customer acquisition and cross-selling, and supporting regional business objectives.
