Description
Amazon Web Services is hiring a Cluster Operations Leader to own operational performance across multiple data center facilities and lead a multi-disciplinary organization spanning data center operations, engineering operations, logistics, and decommissioning. The role manages managers and technical subject matter experts, drives safety, security, availability, capacity, cost, and workforce planning, coordinates data center launches and expansions, and improves operational processes and automation. It requires at least 10 years of relevant management experience, 10+ years of people leadership experience, strong communication skills, project ownership, and a valid driver's license; Australian citizenship and eligibility for an Australian Government Security Clearance are also required.
