Description
AWS is hiring a DCO Cluster Manager to lead the build-out and 24/7 operation of compute teams in Aragón, Spain. The role owns safety, security, availability, scaling, costs, and efficiency; leads managers and 100+ associates; develops operational strategy; plans data center expansion; manages large-scale incidents; and collaborates with AWS teams. Prior data center experience is not required, but experience managing managers, hiring and developing talent, complex problem solving, and procurement, budgeting, forecasting, or asset management is required.
