DS Smith is hiring a Cluster Technical Manager to build and lead a new Cluster Technical function across nine UK manufacturing sites. Reporting to the Retail D&I Manager, the role will define technical strategy and governance, manage customer and supplier relationships, lead four geographically dispersed Cluster Technical Specialists, drive cross-site technical intelligence and continuous improvement, and support product trials and sustainability initiatives.
