Eaton is hiring a Clutch Operator - Night Shift for its Kings Mountain team. The role assembles clutch components, sub-assemblies, and assemblies; operates multiple assembly stations, including automated and Co-Bot cells; performs quality inspections; assists in training new employees; and performs minor preventive maintenance. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, previous manufacturing assembly experience is preferred, and applicants must be within a 50-mile radius of the worksite. The stated pay range is $20.59 to $26.21 per hour, with a pay increase after six months and one year of employment.
