Description
Bear Robotics is hiring a CM Manager (驻厂) / 制造合作伙伴管理（韩国语） to reside at Wanlida’s Xiamen or Zhangzhou manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, the role manages production planning, capacity, yield, delivery, project execution, production exceptions, quality and equipment issues, cross-functional coordination with Korean headquarters, and supplier and material support. The position requires native Chinese, business-level Korean, at least a bachelor’s degree, and more than five years of manufacturing experience; robot, consumer electronics, automotive, EMS/ODM/OEM, supply chain, and Korean-company experience are preferred.
