Description
Laural Parke is recruiting a Medication Aide to prepare, administer, chart, and monitor medications for residents in a senior-living setting. The role includes checking orders and labels, identifying residents, administering oral, topical, and suppository medications, recording administration, reporting errors or reactions, monitoring pulse and blood pressure, and handling PRN and controlled-schedule medications. Candidates must complete a state-approved geriatric nursing assistant training program and a Medicine Aide Course, register with the state registry, and be able to follow instructions, communicate effectively, perform simple arithmetic, and document care.
