UCB is hiring a Data Steward for its CMC Development Sciences team in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium. The role operationalizes data governance across the product lifecycle by establishing standards, maintaining metadata and lineage, monitoring data quality, investigating issues, coordinating corrective actions, and coaching teams on data practices. The position requires a life sciences, data, or equivalent education or experience, knowledge of GMP/GxP and data integrity, data governance expertise, analytical and problem-solving skills, and fluency in English and French. The role follows a hybrid-first approach with approximately 40% office time.
