ProBio is hiring a CMC Project Leader to lead biologics projects from proposal through completion, serving as the CMC technical lead and SME for cell line development, process development, GMP manufacturing, and related activities. The role supports pre-sales and client-facing business development, reviews proposals and project plans, leads technical discussions, and manages selected integrated CMC projects for U.S. clients. Candidates need a Ph.D. in Biopharmaceutical Sciences or a related field with at least three years of relevant industry experience, or a Master’s degree with at least seven years of relevant experience, along with strong biologics CMC, client communication, leadership, and project management skills. The position offers remote work from home in United States or European locations and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
