Sia is hiring a CMC Technical Senior Project Manager to provide operational management for CMC development and technical transfer projects in the life sciences and healthcare industries. The role serves as the operational hub for CMC project teams, coordinating process development, analytical, formulation, quality, supply chain, and external partner activities; managing schedules, budgets, risks, financials, stakeholder communications, and project deliverables. Candidates must have at least 8 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience, including 5 years of project management experience, along with a relevant scientific or engineering degree and experience working with CDMOs. The role requires proficiency with Planisware, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
