Description
The role is responsible for building, developing, and governing the CMDB data model, defining maintenance requirements, coordinating quality checks, advising IT and business departments, integrating the CMDB into IT processes, and providing reference structures for connected systems. It requires a degree in computer science, business informatics, IT management, or a comparable qualification, experience with ITSM or IT governance, knowledge of IT system landscapes, CMDB concepts, analytical and communication skills, and very good German language skills. The position offers a 37.5-hour work week, hybrid working, and various employee benefits.
