Description
The CMF Designer will support CMF development for one or more vehicle programs from concept through launch, translating strategy into production-ready colour, material, and finish solutions. The role includes creating proposals, coordinating with designers, engineers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, developing visual presentations and renders, supporting material innovation and sustainability, and mentoring junior designers. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, 2–5 years of CMF experience, production-ready program experience, cross-functional collaboration experience, and proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, VRED or Blender, and related design tools.
