Description
The IQC CMM Operator performs dimensional and visual inspections of purchased parts, assemblies, and products using Zeiss coordinate measuring machines, Calypso software, hand tools, and other inspection equipment. The role includes first-article and component inspections, GD&T guidance, gage R&R and measurement correlation studies, inspection reporting, supplier and engineering communication, and IQC process audits. Candidates need a high school diploma or technical studies, two years of quality-area experience, three years of quality-inspector or related experience, three years of complex-measuring-equipment experience, Zeiss CMM training, GD&T knowledge, and fluent Spanish with 60% English proficiency.
