Flex-N-Gate is hiring a Quality CMM Operator to create inspection programs for coordinate measuring machines, verify machine operation through programming scripts and tests, and manage gauge control and calibration. The role also includes calibrating and maintaining CMM fixtures, performing annual layouts, supporting PPAP dimensional work, conducting R&R and capability studies, performing statistical analysis, and managing customer relations. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–4 years of related experience, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with database applications and Microsoft Office.
