The CMM Programmer develops, validates, maintains, and optimizes coordinate-measuring-machine inspection programs for complex precision-machined components and medical devices. The role supports quality assurance, first-article inspection, validation studies, measurement-system analysis, regulatory compliance, audits, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations teams. It requires at least three years of CAMM programming, advanced inspection, or metrology experience in a precision manufacturing environment, along with CAD alignment, GD&T, precision-measurement, CMM setup, and metrology-software expertise. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with optional Saturday overtime, and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on the first day.
