Basin Industries is hiring an onsite Inspection Engineer in Sturgis, Michigan, with travel and off-site work as needed. The role develops inspection programs from engineering drawings and CAD models using Polyworks or similar software, performs first-piece and first-article inspections, operates and monitors CMMs, maintains customer-specific first-article records, creates production inspection plans, and supports corrective-action investigations. Candidates must be permanent United States residents, proficient in CMM programming and practical measuring techniques, knowledgeable in statistical process control and GD&T, and skilled in root-cause analysis and communication.
