RTCA is hiring a full-time, onsite CMM Programmer in Rockford, Michigan to develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and validate CMM inspection programs for aerospace-manufactured parts. The role interprets GD&T and engineering drawings, creates inspection programs from CAD models, performs first-article and in-process inspections, documents non-conformances, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams. Candidates need at least three years of experience in a quality or CMM programming role, CMM software experience, and knowledge of aerospace inspection and precision measurement practices.
