The CMM Programmer develops, programs, tests, and supports Keyence vision inspection and measurement systems in manufacturing environments. The role configures cameras, sensors, lighting, and inspection parameters; integrates systems with PLCs, HMIs, robots, and manufacturing equipment; troubleshoots hardware and communication issues; performs validation and commissioning; analyzes inspection results; documents procedures; trains personnel; and supports continuous improvement and production launches. Candidates need an engineering or related degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of experience for mid-level candidates, and proven Keyence vision programming experience, with additional PLC, robotics, networking, and machine vision experience preferred.
