Description
The CMM Programmer develops, modifies, validates, and maintains CMM and gauge inspection programs for machined components. The role uses 3D CAD models and engineering drawings, performs prove-outs and GR&R studies, analyzes SPC data, supports manufacturing and engineering, configures measurement equipment, designs fixturing, and contributes to quality improvement and ISO compliance. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 3–5+ years of CMM/CNC programming experience, familiarity with inspection software, GD&T, CAD, and SPC, and the ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.
