Description
SpaceX is hiring a CMM Programmer (Valves) for a second-shift precision-inspection role. The position performs CMM and surface-plate verification, interprets GD&T and engineering drawings, uses PC-DMIS with Articulating Romer ARM and DCC CMMs, maintains inspection programs, supports engineering and quality processes, and may train others. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of CMM programming experience; multi-sensing CMM, CNC probing, ISO 9001, drawing interpretation, and CMM or Romer Arm setup experience are preferred. The role requires a cleanroom environment, PPE, and the ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted. Compensation ranges from $33.00 to $50.00 per hour depending on level, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, disability, life, paid leave, and other benefits.
