Description
The CMMS Analyst supports STACK’s Technical Operations team by administering and improving computerized maintenance management systems used across critical facilities. The role maintains accurate asset, preventive maintenance, work order, and maintenance-history data; monitors compliance; supports site integrations, implementations, migrations, testing, and data validation; and provides user support and process guidance. It requires 2–4 years of experience with maintenance operations, asset management, or CMMS/EAM systems, along with analytical, data-management, and stakeholder collaboration skills. The position is based in Gainesville, Virginia, with minimal travel, and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance.
