Description
Micron Technology is hiring a CMP Shift Engineer to perform chemical mechanical polishing process development under a 24/7 operating system. The role owns development devices, evaluates new equipment and materials, conducts delamination inspections, responds to CMP process abnormalities, analyzes chronic issues, and supports cycle-time improvement with Manufacturing. It requires semiconductor knowledge, basic software and troubleshooting skills, Japanese proficiency at N2 or higher, a bachelor's degree or at least two years of semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing experience, and the ability to work a four-days-on, four-days-off shift.
