TMF Group is hiring a full-time CMS Coordinator in Cape Town, South Africa to oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of Accounting Officers supporting Capital Markets Services. The role focuses on operational management, ESMA reporting compliance, financial and administrative oversight for SPVs involved in structured finance transactions, client relationship management, and team development. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and at least 4 years of relevant experience in financial services, with strong knowledge of ESMA regulations, Dutch GAAP, IFRS, and financial software/MS Office.
