NOVA Engineering & Environmental is hiring a CMT Project Manager in its Norcross, Georgia office to oversee Construction Materials Testing, Special Inspections, and Geotechnical Engineering projects from proposal through completion. The role manages client relationships, budgets, scopes, schedules, reports, field and laboratory activities, and technical evaluations while mentoring inspectors, technicians, and junior staff. Candidates should have construction testing, inspection, or related engineering experience, strong project coordination and client-management skills, and preferably a relevant bachelor's degree, EIT or PE credentials, ICC certifications, and a valid driver's license.
