Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is hiring full-time CNA/Care Partners for a second shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at $21 per hour plus a $0.75 shift differential. The role provides nursing care to senior residents, including administering care, assisting with bathing and hygiene, feeding, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs. Active CNA certification in Tennessee is required, while prior geriatric nursing home experience is preferred.
