Description
Golden Plains Community Hospital is hiring a CNA/Activity Coordinator for its Case Management Department. The role develops and administers a comprehensive activity program for the swing-bed population and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, current CPR certification, current Texas CNA certification, patient-centered communication, willingness to work with physically disabled and chronically ill individuals, physical ability to conduct semi-active programs, and the ability to recognize signs of fatigue and irritability. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
