Arrowleaf is hiring a full-time Support Technician (C.N.A.) for its Autumn Ridge Supportive Living home office. The role supports adults age 65 and older in a supportive-living program by implementing service care plans, monitoring health and medication needs, assisting with meals, laundry, housekeeping, recreation, and safe resident transfers, while maintaining facility safety and communicating with residents, families, and staff. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, Illinois CNA certification, First Aid and CPR certification, registry clearances, fingerprint background checks, a valid driver's license, personal vehicle liability insurance, and a current Illinois CNA certification. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with a salary of $19.30 to $19.55 per hour and health, vision, and dental insurance options.
