Description
Alto Grayslake is hiring a part-time CNA/Caregiver (Resident Assistant) for the first shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in its Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The role provides hands-on resident care, assists with activities of daily living, monitors well-being, documents services, and supports a safe and welcoming environment. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, and have at least one year of related healthcare experience; CNA or NA certification, CPR/First Aid certification, and dementia training are preferred or required depending on the community. The position pays $18.00–$18.50 per hour and includes free meals, same-day pay, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
