Description
The CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) at Alden Park Strathmoor provides comprehensive, therapeutic, and person-centered care for individuals diagnosed with dementia in a Memory Care Unit. This includes assisting residents with daily living activities, managing symptoms, ensuring safety, and promoting engagement in meaningful activities. CNAs are expected to continuously educate themselves in dementia care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to achieving facility-wide goals.
