The Certified Nurse Aide provides essential care to senior living residents by assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring health and safety, supporting mobility, documenting care, responding to emergencies, maintaining resident spaces, and promoting socialization. The role requires Certified Nurse’s Aide Certification, an active state Nurse Aid Registry, Basic First Aid Training, and a high school diploma or GED; previous senior living experience and six months of healthcare experience are preferred.
