Description
The part-time CNA Driver/Transportation Aide safely transports residents to medical appointments, therapy sessions, hospitals, and other approved destinations while providing direct patient care. Responsibilities include wheelchair and stretcher transport, securing residents and mobility equipment, monitoring resident condition, maintaining and inspecting vehicles, completing transportation logs, assisting with activities of daily living, supporting mobility and transfers, responding to call lights, and following infection-control and safety policies. The role requires an active Florida CNA license, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and the ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents weighing 50 pounds or more.
