The Shores is hiring a full-time CNA In Training employee to begin immediately in a support role such as housekeeping, laundry, or reception. The employee attends a six-week paid, on-site CNA course starting November 2, 2026, while continuing in the support role, and transitions to a CNA role upon successful completion of training and certification. The position pays $17 per hour during the support role and training, with pay increasing to up to $23 per hour after certification, and includes health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
