Senior Community Care of Colorado PACE is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant in Eckert, Colorado. The role provides and assists participants with activities of daily living, restorative and supportive care, health-status monitoring, and safe community living, while assisting with day-center meal service and clean-up. The position requires travel to participant homes, offers $19.50–$23.50 per hour, and requires a Colorado CNA license, a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience with frail or elderly populations, a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and transportation.
