Description
The CNA Pool employee provides direct certified nursing care to residents at Pleasant View Nursing Home under the direction of registered and licensed practical nurses. The role is a pool position with no fixed schedule, requiring 16 hours per month, including 8 hours on the weekend, and offers shift and weekend differentials. Duties include resident care, documentation, vital signs, transfers, meals, activities of daily living, safety monitoring, and reporting changes in resident condition. The position requires valid Wisconsin nursing assistant certification and completion of required certification hours; related experience is preferred.
