Benchmark is hiring a part-time Personal Care Assistant at Bay Square at Yarmouth to provide personal care and support to residents in a home-like senior living environment. The role includes assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, documenting care, reporting health or behavior changes, engaging residents in activities, and providing emotional support. The part-time schedule is 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., with additional full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available. Compensation is $19.50-$20.75 per hour, and the posting lists preferred licensing, prior skilled nursing or assisted living experience, and dementia-care experience.
