The Therapeutic Program Worker provides direct care and support to veterans in Ohio Veterans Homes, assisting with daily living activities such as eating, bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, communication, and activities. The role also involves documentation, reporting changes in residents’ symptoms or incidents, light housekeeping, infection control, redirecting unsafe behaviors, and assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers. The position offers starting hourly pay of $23.28, shift differentials, bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits, with rotating two-week schedules and potential weekend and mandatory overtime.
