Fairmount Homes is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for a weekend program serving older adults in a Skilled Nursing neighborhood in rural Ephrata, Pennsylvania. The role provides person-centered care, including activities of daily living, vital-sign documentation, reporting resident changes, and supporting residents, families, and coworkers. The schedule is a day shift from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, with an optional eight-hour weekday night shift, and requires working 48 of 52 weekends per year. Compensation is $31.55–$34.10 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and other benefits.
