The role involves setting up and operating CNC machines, monitoring quality and unusual conditions, reading drawings and work instructions, inspecting products with precision measuring tools, maintaining safety and housekeeping, completing paperwork, and supporting overtime and training. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of industrial or military experience or vocational/technical education, motor manufacturing experience preferred, English proficiency, valid U.S. work authorization, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.
