Description
The CNC Grinding Production Engineer will design fixtures, tools, and CNC programs for new and re-imagined turbine engine components, support equipment installations, and provide production and quality support from concept through process maturity. The role applies Lean and continuous-improvement tools, troubleshoots processes, develops technical documentation, mentors engineers and technicians, and collaborates with engineering, operations, and quality teams. The position splits time between the office and shop floor with occasional travel and requires a BS in Engineering, at least two years of CNC experience, and familiarity with multi-axis grinding or milling, CAD/CAM programming, fixturing, and measurement techniques.
