AERB Personal GmbH is hiring a full-time CNC Lathe Operator for the Memmingen/Illertissen area on a three-shift basis. The role involves operating and monitoring CNC turning machines, setting up and configuring machines, producing turned parts from technical drawings, and performing dimensional and quality inspections. Applicants need metalworking or CNC lathe vocational training, professional CNC turning experience, technical understanding, a strong quality sense, teamwork, and willingness to work shifts. The position offers an unlimited employment contract with a long-term perspective, starting pay of €20.00 per hour plus shift allowances, vacation and Christmas bonuses after six months, regular pay increases, and personal support.
