AK Personalmanagement GmbH is hiring a CNC lathe operator to independently set up, program, and operate CNC lathes, manufacture precision components, monitor production, perform quality inspections, maintain machines, document work steps, and optimize processes. The role requires vocational training in CNC lathe operation, machining, or a comparable field, at least one year of CNC lathe operator experience, familiarity with Siemens, Fanuc, or Heidenhain controls, and good German skills. It is a permanent full-time position paying €18.09 to €22 per hour, with training, pension, and social benefits.
