apero GmbH is hiring a CNC Lathe Operator in Lindenberg to operate and set up CNC-controlled and conventional machining machines, adjust parameters and measuring instruments, optimize processes, check parts for accuracy and completeness, monitor machine operation, and troubleshoot malfunctions. The role requires a three-year industrial mechanic, machining/turning mechanic, or similar apprenticeship, practical skills with delicate components and measuring tools, quality-consciousness, reliability, teamwork, shift willingness, and MS Office knowledge.
