PRIOS Personal is hiring a CNC Lathe Operator / CNC Setup Technician in Villingen-Schwenningen to independently set up and operate modern CNC turning and turning-milling machines, produce individual parts and small batches, create and optimize CNC programs, read technical drawings, inspect workpieces, and monitor production quality. The role requires metal machining or industrial mechanic training, CNC production experience, German language skills, shift availability, and a driver’s license as an advantage. It offers permanent employment, pay above the collective agreement, vacation and Christmas bonuses, travel expense support, and a high chance of being hired over by the client.
