PRIOS Personal is hiring a CNC Lathe Operator (m/w/d) in Oberndorf am Neckar to operate and set up CNC turning and milling machines, define machining parameters, load and unload workpieces, perform minor maintenance, and check dimensional accuracy. The role requires machining or CNC operator training, experience with CNC turning or milling machines, knowledge of Siemens or Heidenhain controls, and technical drawing and measuring-tool skills. Shift work is advantageous, and the position offers a permanent employment contract, above-tariff pay of €22.50–€25.00 per hour, vacation and Christmas bonuses, workwear, and personal support.
